1. Nature of the service and medical disclaimer
Service definition: BioNavs is a technology-assisted wellness tool for self-management, personal awareness, and metabolic-stability optimization. It is not a medical device, does not provide medical services, and does not replace professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
No medical diagnosis: Information, insights, and estimates produced by the app are based on user input and are for informational wellness purposes only. They are not a diagnosis, medical opinion, or treatment recommendation.
User responsibility: Use is voluntary and at the user’s sole responsibility. Consult a physician or qualified professional before making a significant lifestyle or dietary change, especially when medical supervision is required.
No clinical relationship: Using the app does not create a clinician–patient relationship.
2. Data retention policy Zero-Retention
Zero-Retention model: The app does not retain raw medical data. Personal calibration details entered by the user are used to calculate the personal metabolic-stability index.
Do not enter medical records: The system does not store blood-test results or medical documents. Users must not upload, scan, or enter laboratory results or medical documents.
Deletion: When an account is deleted, its metabolic-score history is permanently removed from company servers and cannot be recovered.
3. Acceptable use and security
Camera use: The camera may be used only to document meals for nutritional monitoring. It must not be used to photograph or upload medical documents.
Information security: We use customary safeguards to protect privacy and store information on secured servers under applicable privacy practices.
Consent: By selecting “Accept,” you expressly consent to collection and processing of the information you entered to operate the app under this policy.
